Welcome to Webput (the “Service”). By signing up for, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
01Account registration and use
Before using the Service, you must create an account and provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your account and password secure; all actions taken under your account are deemed to be taken by you.
If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify the Platform immediately. The Platform is not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.
02User content
Copyright and related rights in the content you upload, publish, or transmit through the Service (“User Content”) remain with you or your lawful licensors.
You grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publicly transmit, and adapt your User Content within the scope of the Service and its promotion.
03Prohibited conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Violate any law or infringe the rights of others (including copyrights, trademarks, and privacy rights)
- Upload files containing viruses, malware, or other harmful content
- Access, interfere with, or attack the Service’s systems or data without authorization
- Scrape data in bulk by automated means or send spam
04Changes to and termination of the Service
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without notice. You may also stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
If you violate these terms, the Platform may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice.
05Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Platform makes no warranty that the Service will be available, timely, accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
06Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute relating to them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan New Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
07Changes to these terms
The Platform may revise these terms when necessary. The revised terms will be posted on this page, and we will notify you by email or in-app message of any material changes. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to the revised terms.
